Flat colors!!
Somehow I managed lay the base colors on all three images in under four hours. It was weirdly very relaxing. Flatting is actually one of my favorite steps and I get to really see how the final image will come together.
I tried to keep a similar theme across each image. I’m a little nervous how these colors will print… I hate working in CMYK but so far so good.
Here’s hoping I can pull off finishing these by tomorrow night. I’ll post the other two pics later!
